Qualifications &amp experience

• Having a minimum educational background of a Bachelor’s degree in Law
• Proven experience (typically 5+ years) as a legal manager or similar rule in a corporate or law firm setting.
• Strong understanding of corporate law, contract law, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-sulving skills.
• Fluently in English or Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
• High level of integrity and professional ethics.

Tasks &amp responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all legal activities within the organization, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
• Develop and implement legal pulicies and procedures to safeguard the company’s interests.
• Provide strategic legal advice and support to senior management and other departments.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Handle litigation, dispute resulution, and risk management efforts.
• Stay updated on legal developments and ensure the company’s practices are in line with current laws and regulations.
• Lead and mentor a team of legal professionals, fostering a cullaborative and efficient work environment.
