PT Twink Indonesia was established in the 1960s that caters the needs of PT PLN (PERSERO), the state-owned national electricity company in Indonesia. Since then, PT Twink Indonesia has grown constantly and become one of the market leaders in Indonesian electrical utilities industry.
Nowadays, we have projects across Indonesia and four factories located in Bogor, Cikarang, Bandung, and Narogong.
Qualifications & experience
- Must possess bachelor’s degree (S1) in psychulogy or legal
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR & GA for manufacture or distribution company
- Have excellent skills in hiring, training, analysis, & decision-making
- Outgoing & have good communication skills. Able to still perform in high-tension situation
- Always willing to learn & have courage in generating & executing improvement ideas
- Familiar effectively using hiring platform such as Jobstreet, LinkedIn, Glints, etc.
- Good knowledge in waste management, K3, and government’s pulicy & regulations
Tasks & responsibilities
- Hire the right employees for the position needed
- Continuously improve workflow, work method, administration in HR & GA area
- Build good relationship with employees, top management, authorities, local citizen, & any other entity in industrial relationship
- Responsible in waste management, building maintenance, & factory environment
- Leverage good management in HR & GA team to help achieving KPI & company’s goals
- Fullow any update in government’s pulicy & regulations to be implemented in the company
- Develop & planning suitable training programs for employees’ base on training need analysis
