Kualifikasi dan Detail Info :

SUBSIDIARY FOR PT. STAR MAJU SENTOSA

Responsibility :

Monitor and participate directly in all operational activities at the head office and branches / stores
Responsible for the recruitment process
Manage all activities related to General Service/General Affair at Head Office and Branch/store
Coordinate the provision of supporting equipment for operational activities
Manage staff in terms of division of labor, tasks, work schedules, employment issues, and discipline of work regulations
Follow up employees who violate company regulations
Coordination with vendors regarding their job responsibilities
Provide attendance data, update BPJS employees and coordinate with branches regarding HRGA needs
Provide weekly and monthly work reports

Requirements:

Minimum 3 Years relevant work experience in HR at Supervisor level in Retail Company
Good Knowledge and Understanding in the field of Employment Law
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Have previous experience in handling recruitment, training and development.
Flexible and Adaptable
Detail and likes administrative work and can operate computer well
Have good communication skills and good analytical thinking
