Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree in Communication/ Public Relations/ English or
Working experience in Customer Service /marketing department for min 2 years. Preferably experience working in education Know about Complaint management.
Know about customer service standard, policy and procedures.
Have a deep product knowledge; the latest industry trends and techniques

Fluent in English speaking, writing and listening
Have an excellent communication (written and verbal)
Have experience in handling events/promotion

Job Description

Maintain strong communication to customer
Maintain customer reports, Collecting and analyzing customer feedbacks
Actively creating a content for social media
 Liaising with media for publication details, advertising, and social media
Delivering information about School program and promotion
Proactive customer outreach
Handling school event or promotion
