Kualifikasi dan Detail Info :

Job Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
At least has 5 years of working experience in related field,
Having experience from Property / Real Estate industry is a must
Must have excellent knowledge of property industry.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Results-oriented mindset and a drive for achieving and surpassing sales objectives.
Willing to be placed in Jakarta / Cikarang / Bekasi / Ranca Bungur Bogor / Semarang / Yogyakarta / Bali.

Job Description :

Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve sales goals.
Leading and mentoring the sales team, providing guidance and coaching for optimal performance.
Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Overseeing the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
Analyzing market trends and competition to make informed business decisions.
Work closely with the Marketing Head to design and implement promotional activities across various media platforms to boost product sales.
