Job Description:

-Responsible for safe operation of all areas and for stopping activities in the event of an unsafe condition

-Responsible for ensuring all employee are complying with HSE guidelines

-Responsible for reporting unsafe conditions, unsafe acts, incidents and accidents and promoting a culture that allows everyone else to do the same.

-Responsible for 5S in all work areas.

-Manage and oversee the entire production process (PP Injection / PP extrusion process / Metal Stamping / Sewing process (minimum one of them), from raw material intake to finished product packaging.

-Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring adherence to production targets and deadlines.

-Optimize production efficiency by monitoring and improving key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cycle time, scrap rate, and equipment uptime.

-Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure regular equipment maintenance and repairs, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.

-Monitor product quality at various stages of the production process, implementing quality control measures to maintain high standards and minimize defects.

-Work closely with the procurement team to manage raw material inventory and ensure adequate supply for uninterrupted production.

-Analyze production data, identify areas for improvement, and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.

-Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance, mixing and quality assurance, to drive continuous improvement initiatives and resolve technical issues.

-Multi skilling of team to develop and support team’s growth.

Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in engineering or related field

-Minimum 10 years of experience in PP Injection / PP extrusion process / Metal Stamping / Sewing process

-Highly Knowledge of PP Injection / PP extrusion process / Metal Stamping / Sewing process (minimum one of them)

-Proven experience in production of process, with a deep understanding of the production process and associated/supported machinery. Ability to use logical skills for the analysis of information and fault finding

-Knowledge of ISO Certification, QMS- 9001 & EMS- 14001 is preferable

-Certified or Knowledge of TPS (Toyota Production Systems) is preferable

-Proficiency in using computerized systems and software relevant to production management

-Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a data-driven approach to process optimization

-Team Player and shall be able to build a team

-Good communication skills

-Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse workforce
