Kualifikasi dan Detail Info :

POSITION OBJECTIVE:

Assisting Quality Manager in organizing, controlling, and maintaining Continuous Improvement Projects such as promoting waste reduction, implementing, and sustaining the 5S program, raising waste awareness, establishing error-proofing measures, and optimizing our maintenance program to ensure consistent and high-quality production in line with Food Safety Management System.

POSITION DUTIES:

5S Program Improvement: Support in planning, implementation, and ongoing management of the 5S program to improve workplace organization, cleanliness, and safety. Collaborate with teams to ensure the systematic organization of tools, materials, and equipment for streamlined operations
Waste Awareness Promotion: Develop and execute strategies to raise awareness about waste reduction and resource optimization. Identify areas of waste in processes and propose effective solutions to minimize waste generation and maximize resource utilization
Error-Proofing Implementation: Identify potential points of errors or defects in production and service processes. Implement error-proofing techniques such as visual controls, standard operating procedures, and mistake-proofing devices to prevent errors and ensure consistent quality
Effective Maintenance Program: Design and implement a maintenance program that minimizes downtime and maximizes the lifespan of equipment and machinery. Collaborate with maintenance teams to establish preventive maintenance schedules and protocols for optimal equipment performance
Process Analysis and Improvement: Analyze existing workflows, identify bottlenecks, and recommend process improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall business performance
Training and Development: Conduct training sessions to educate employees on continuous improvement methodologies, waste reduction techniques, and error-proofing practices. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement throughout the organization

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) are a plus
Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in implementing continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing and service environments
Strong understanding of 5s methodology, waste reduction techniques, error-proofing strategies, and maintenance best practices
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify process inefficiencies and recommend effective solutions
Strong communication and leadership skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive change
Ability to train and mentor employees at all levels on continuous improvement concepts
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
