- Marketing Manager
Kualifikasi dan Detail Info :
Create customer list, project list, build good relationship and follow up customer.
Able to build, manage, and maintain a pipeline, drive leads and opportunity generation.
Identify and qualify new potential customers, including cold calling and development of leads through.
Referral channels to generate appointments and establish relationships.
Manage the pipeline of opportunities from current and prospective customers to ensure that sales goals can be met.
Close sales to prospects and current customers to meet sales goals and contribute to company profitability.
Maintain up-to-date information in CRM system, Meeting Sales target, Revenue and Order Book goals.
Ensure completion of revenue recognition process, Bill Collection.
Prepare and deliver pitches and presentations to potential new clients
Communicate with customers to understand their needs and offer solutions to their needs
Deliver sales volume to meet targeted sales objectives
Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients
Committed to monthly or quarterly sales target achievment.
Report to head of sales and product manager for any opportunities over weekly sales-forecast.
Presents positive and self-motivated attitude and in office environment, willingness to contribute as member of teamwork and open for positive critics.
Make necessary business trips to potential destinations to increase target market & meeting with customers
Bachelor degree (S1)
3 – 5 years working experience in sales jobs.
Working experience in the industry related to Internet Service Provider
Must be able to communicate in fluent Bahasa Indonesia & English (mandarin will be an additional credit)
Must understand terminology in ICT.
Strong analytical skills to identify trends and customer’s preferences
Having pre-existing relationships with potential customers is preferable.
Having good communication and interpersonal skill, communication skill, selling skill, Strong business acumen.
Self-managed, demonstrate ability to work independently and meet established goals.
Maturity – Manage team, able to work with all levels within an organization, Internal – External.
Creative problem-solving skills, personally motivated, aggressively goal-oriented focus.

No restriction or limitation for traveling domestic or international route
Annual achievement bonus or commissions for generated revenue
