Emblem Asia consist of UNITIKA Ltd, MARUBENI and PT GRAHA KARYA UPAYA MANDIRI. In January 1997 PT. Emblem Asia have started up Biaxially Nylon Film (BON) production.

The production technology mainly comes from Unitika Ltd.. EMBLEM, which is produced by PT. Emblem Asia, is supposed able to cover the demand of Nylon Film in several Asian and Oceania countries (Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, Taiwan, Australia, New Zealand, Vietnam, Sri Langka, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Cambodia, and Myanmar)

• QAQC STAFF (Flexible Packaging)

Kualifikasi dan Detail Info :

Deskripsi pekerjaan:

Handling customer complaints and providing technical solutions.
Coordination with internal department and external party for investigation and taking corrective actions to resolve the problem 
Carry out testing and analysis for defect samples from customers
Write and prepare investigative reports (in English)
Preparing the compliance request documents from customers
Communicate with the suppliers in providing customer requests about technical, quality specifications, and compliance documents.
Making Quality & technical documents (TDS, MSDS, Technical Specification) for customers.
Conduct meetings, trials, and check defect products at customers’ side.
Communicating with customers and suppliers regarding Quality and technical matters.

Persyaratan:

Have experience as QA/QC/RnD Flexible Packaging at least 2 Years for this position
Candidate must graduate from a reputable university, at least Bachelor’s Degree, Majoring in Chemical Engineering/Chemical MIPA/Engineering Physics
Able to speak english fluently and exellent spoken and written (TOEFL Score > 500)
Have good health, high integrity, accountability and able to work under pressure with good teamwork
Good communication skills to maintain good relations with internal colleagues and external parties
