JOB SUMMARY:

Planning and handling the establishment of the new production factory
Handling negotiations with related vendors for the factory establishment
Plan and execute production processes to keep stable and safe line operations.
Perform and control plant operations to improve operational processes in the production area related to product quality and cost reduction.
Analyze and suggest for plant operation management to increase production achievement based on production operation data.
Supervise and evaluate the performance of supervisors
Another related task as Production Assistant Manager/Manager

EXPERIENCE, REQUIREMENTS, AND SKILLS:

Education: Minimum Diploma Degree in any major (Engineering major preferred)
Language: Japanese Intermediate Level (minimum JLPT N3 – no need certified) and English Intermediate level
Must have working experience as a Production Supervisor
Having production management as an over SPV level experience in industrial machinery and electrical component industry will be an advantage
Have Driving License (SIM A)
