Kualifikasi dan Detail Info :

Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor degree Mechanical or Electrical Engineer
Max 35 Years Old
Experienced 10 years in sales engineer at Special Purpose Machine
Familiar with pneumatic, hydraulic, or automation systems.
Honesty & Integrity Person
Target oriented
Fluent in English
Good communication skills
Good Leadership
Problem Solver
Have a driving license (SIM – A)

Job Descriptions: 

Managing sales through the development of a business plan
Monitor sales team activity and performance
Looking for new project inquiries
Meetings, product presentations and introductions to customers
Make a bid proposal
Monitoring bid status per week
Perform technical estimation (coordination with engineering)
Monitoring project progress and schedule (coordination with engineering)
Make daily report
Sourcing vendors and principal partners
Conduct analysis on sales and product prices
Participate in special seminars/trainings to find out new product trends
Always develop and grow long-term relationships with customers
Calculate the client’s ability related to the client’s budget
