Kualifikasi dan Detail Info :

Job Brief:We’re looking for a person who will drives the marketing department’s commercial performance through systematic marketing partnership with specific results and overall measurement.

Job Description:

Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing partnership strategy with an aim to develop brands with push and/or pull strategies;
Define target consumers that are consistent with the brand target persona and develop agile strategies that will increase awareness and engagement consistently with the relevant brand;
Monitor and analyze marketing investment in offline channels including OOH, event activation, customer engagement, POI activation, direct selling, and other related activities, to ensure a consistent budget performance and program effectiveness in brand communication and development;
Identify opportunities, risks, and trends by doing competitor analysis regarding offline marketing activities;
Build collaboration with other channels (online) to ensure consistency and alignment in messaging;
Maintain ROI without jeopardizing the output quality and strategic value of marketing projects e.g. sponsorship, placements;
Track and create a performance insights report for management analysis purposes.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Marketing
Minimum 5 years of experience working in similar role in Partnership
Possess a sharp eye for detail coupled with the ability to see how small details make up the bigger picture
Fluent in English
Work Location: Karawaci
