Kualifikasi dan Detail Info :

As our Store supervisor, you will: Carry out store operations strategies to achieve customer satisfaction, sales targets, and cost efficiency.

And you’re our most suitable Maxxion if you:

Have at least 3 years experience as Barista or 1 year experience as team leader or Supervisor in related industry.
Understand and able to plan and direct the implementation of store operations strategies to achieve customer satisfaction, sales target, and cost efficiency.
Understand and able to lead, supervise, direct, and evaluate the performance of team members.
Have at least graduated from SMK/D3/S1 of Hospitality Degree.
Willing to be placed at Meikarta, Cikarang.
