• PRODUCTION MANAGER

Kualifikasi dan Detail Info :

Responsibility   : 

Planning production activities, including schedules to be used
Manage the overall production process so that later the quality, quantity, and production time can run smoothly 
Responsible for production management so that the company’s goods or products are maintained 
Responsible for all production equipment used, especially related to maintenance so that production equipment can be used properly during production 
Report production activities periodically to the company’s management  
Ensuring the development of employee skills that support the company’s production process 
Responsible for what happens during the production process from the beginning to the end of the activity
Make innovations and new plans to develop production, especially to improve quality and quality
Control the flow of processes from raw materials, from the initial production process to finished materials and increase production efficiency
Regulate the implementation of administration, especially related to production systems

Requirements   :                                          

Age 27- 35 maximum years                                            
Must posses at least a Bachelor’s degree or Profesional degree in any field 
At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position                                                 
Have good and smooth communication skills  
Have a leadership spirit 
Able to work individually and in teams well
Developing analytical skills with problem solving abillity
