Job Description :

Responsible for training management
Responsible for employee assessment & promotion
Responsible for employee development
Implementation of CSR programs
Implementation of Compliance Activity
Analyzing business structures, procedures, processes, and the utilization of resources.
Responsible to the restructuring of departments to increase efficiency and align activities with business objectives..

Requirements :

Bachelor (S1) degree in psychology, human resources management, or related field
Have minimum 5++ years experiences in related field
Proven experience in talent management
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Have excellent understanding in managing training, employee assessment & development
Have excellent understanding in Organizational Development strategic plan and implementation
Have good understanding in IATF requirements
Required language : English
