We have main distribution center at Cikarang with 60,000 sqm land ( 63,000 pallet positions).

We have experience in:

Serving as 3PL and Warehouse Management operations including back of factory operation to the clients
Managing logistics for various commodities as FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, Oncology, Medical Devices, and Dermatological skincare, Spare Parts, Lubricants
Serving nationwide distribution coverage including Modern Retail and General Trade channels

Our facility is certified for ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, and Halal Management System.

Dibutuhkan Untuk Posisi :

• Quality Assurance Pharma Coordinator

Kualifikasi dan Detail Info :

Responsibility :

Ensure all KPI are registered and follow up if there are any discrepancy
Maintain company’s system validation and Change Control are implemented in respective Department and documented.
Ensure effective document management and implementation of Quality, Health, Safety and Environment Management System – for Pharmaceutical product
Ensure all Audits (System, Client, Government, internal Auditor, etc) are implemented and all concern/finding are closed and follow up as per CAPA raised.
Monitor thermo-logger calibration device-controlled list
Ensure all risk assessment are registered in the system.

Requirements:

Minimum S1 from pharmacy, reputable university is an advantage
Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance Management System (not Quality Control)
Understand business process especially in 3PL, 4PL or logistics industry
Highly PC literate in MS Office
Having QHSE Internal Auditor Certification
Understand Pharma Requirement will be a plus
Good English (Active and Literacy)
Good communication and teamwork
