Saat ini PT SARIMANDE METROPOLITAN Sedang membuka Lowongan kerja untuk menempati Posisi sebagai.

Dibutuhkan Untuk Posisi :

• Research & Development Food Specialist

Kualifikasi dan Detail Info :

Responsibility:

–     Research and develop new products flavors, recipes, and concepts.

–     Optimize existing product formulations for taste, texture, and cost efficiency.

–     Collaborate with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients and stay up-to-date with industry trends.

–     Coordination with the factory to create a production process standard.

–     Support document which is needed by the regulatory dept.

Qualification:

–     Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, or any related major.

–     At least 2-year experience in research and development in the food industry.

–     Innovative thinking and a passion for creating unique flavors and products.

–     Understanding of food chemistry, food safety, and food processing.

–     Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, present findings, and report on product development progress.

–     Strong analytical, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.

–     Fluent in English (minimal pasif).
