We expanded the manufacturing in Indonesia, to support all OEM car in Indonesia.

Our core business is Big Injection parts, Paint Shop, and Assembly, for interior/exterior parts product. Since company has been established in 2020, we looking for enthusiastic, professional and knowledgeable people to join our professional family by filling the position.

• Painting Manager

Kualifikasi dan Detail Info :

Job Scopes:

– Plans and develops work schedules, equipment usage schedules,

priority of painting expenditures and procedures for equipment maintenance.

– Schedules, assigns, and plans the work of paint shop personnel performing a variety of painting projects.

– Estimates material, labor, Monitors the acquisition and use of materials.

– Knowledge for Paint, Machine Drawing, Production Planning, Productivity Management, Quality Management

– Manage teams of workers, staff, SPV & Head Section for their activity, discipline and development.

– Ensure workplace health and safety requirements are met and take responsibility for the security of the building and stock.

– 5S and Kaizen Oriented

– Synergizing with others HOD regarding to the painting product

– Able to speak English

Qualifications :

– Minimum bachelor’s degree majoring any.

– Minimum 10 years’ work experience Handling Coating/Painting, from automotive company is preferable.

– Computer MS Office

– Have a good knowledge in paint shop process and inventory control.

– Strong Managerial & Leadership Skill.

– Having positive attitude, good leadership skills and good problem solving.
