• FInance Manager – SAP FICO, HANA

Kualifikasi dan Detail Info :

Job Responsibilities :

Monitor the day-to-day accounting & financial operations use SAP-FICO program (HANA)
Oversee financial department employees, including financial assistants and accountants
Handling tax, auditing, banking, investments, and other financial needs as necessary
Responsible for the financial health of a company or organization. Producing financial reports and developing strategies based on financial research. Guiding senior executives in making sound business decisions in the long and short term.
Establishes financial status by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying, and reporting financial information.
Manage information technology and computer systems included SAP program
Manage IT staff by recruiting, training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance

Requirements :

Education degree in accounting or finance, or a related field, from reputable university ;
5 years of experience in a finance role using the SAP-FICO (HANA) program in manufacturing;
5 years proven experience as Finance and accounting Manager in manufacturing
Proven knowledge in Indonesia and International Tax practice
Proven knowledge of the IT system
Legal Compliance
Accounting, Managing Processes, and Reporting Research Results
Good in English and Mandarin
